Veritech is excited to announce the launch of their latest project – the Security With Passion
website at www.securitywithpassion.com.au.
Security With Passion is a comprehensive site devoted entirely to the fast growing Australasian
community of Endian Firewall “Community Edition” users, Authorised Endian Resellers and their
valued business clients.
As the Endian Distributor for Australasia, Veritech have witnessed first hand the rapid expansion of
this avid community since first bringing Endian’s Firewall products to the region in January 2009.
With the power of Endian’s security products being discovered and implemented by more
businesses and individuals daily, the need for a central meeting place couldn’t be ignored and
prompted Veritech’s development of Security With Passion.
“Endian’s success and popularity has increased rapidly over the last 3 years, with more users and
Resellers coming on board every day”, said Veritech CEO, Livio Mazzon “With such growth, certain
elements, such as general support availability, can become compromised. We saw that this could
become a real possibility here in our region, so we approached Endian about creating and
maintaining a website for the Australasian Endian community.”
Security With Passion is the only place online where the Australasian Endian community can
congregate to discuss anything and everything to do with computer security and Endian’s products
and services.
The site includes a forum where all users and Resellers can discuss any issues they may have with
computer security, gain a detailed understanding of Endian security products and help one another
resolve any difficulties. Veritech’s Authorised Endian Resellers were keen to help strengthen the
Security With Passion website by adding their expertise to the forum and knowledgebase.
“Including our Resellers in the project was an important part in the development of Security With
Passion”, explained Livio, “It gives all Australasian Endian users free access to highly experienced and
knowledgeable security experts, as well as providing our Resellers an excellent platform to further
develop their client relationships. Our resellers can also expand their customer base through
Security With Passion as many Endian Community Edition users eventually move on to the
commercial products, either for themselves or their workplace.”
Veritech’s excitement for the new site is shared by not only the Endian community, but all those
interested in quality Unified Threat Management systems.
With computer technology developing at such a rapid pace, so too are the means and methods for
cyber criminals to hack into business systems and wreak havoc. It’s not uncommon for entire
systems to be wiped out if adequate security has not been implemented.
“Computers are such a huge part of business today, as well as our everyday lives, it’s just too big a
risk to not have at least adequate security on your network” said Livio.
“We did extensive research and looked at all of the products available on the market today and we
couldn’t find anything better than Endian’s Unified Threat Management products. It’s virtually
impenetrable. Our customers trust us to use products which will be of the greatest benefit to them,
both security wise and financially and Endian ticks all the boxes. Becoming their Australasian
Distributor was the right move for us at Veritech. We feel privileged to be able to offer the
Australasian Endian community the Security With Passion website, as it is a very active and
passionate community” Livio explained.
